Quotes sought by Supported Internship for job coaching

Whitefield Academy Trust is currently working with DFN Project SEARCH and looking to commission an experienced Supported Employment Provider (SEP) to support Whipps Cross Hospital Supported Internship Programme 2021/2, and Whipps Cross Hospital & Barts Hospital Supported Internship Programme 2022/3. They have issued the attached Request for Quotation document and the closing date for returns is 5 July 2021. They are aiming for a contract start date of 1 August 2021.

The Supported Employment Provider (SEP) will deliver a Supported Employment Service consisting of Manager, Job Coach, Job Developer and Follow Along aspects as listed below. 

1. SEP management and job coach for Whipps Cross Hospital site to start in 01 August 2021 
2. SEP management and job coach for employed supported interns (14 young people) to find secure and permanent jobs 
3. SEP management and job coach for Barts Hospital site in January 2022, this host employer site will be a slower start due to current social distancing guidance having an effect on staff numbers working in buildings. It is subject to review if guidance changes, so some flexibility may be required.
4. SEP management and job coach for employed supported interns Barts Hospital (12 young people) to find new jobs

The funding of £59,000 ex VAT year 1 and £79,000 ex VAT year 2 is to deliver all elements of this service. Submissions received that exceed this value will not be included in the evaluation process.
