Delegate Bookings

Please complete the form below to book a delegate place at the BASE 2024 Conference:Careers for All.

It's important that you complete the booking form accurately as it helps us to associate any payment made with the relevant  bookings. The booking form also provides us with important information regarding any dietary and accessibilty needs.

Please note that accommodation costs are not included in the conference fee.

We will email you with an invoice or confirmation of your delegate place within 5 working days. 

Multiple Bookings 

You will need you to complete a separate booking form for each delegate who wishes to attend. We are happy to accept shared bookings where different delegates attend on each day and can include both delegates on the same booking form. Simply complete the booking form in the name of the delegate who is attending on Day 1 of the conference and add the second delegates name in the "Any Other Information" box at the bottom of the booking form. 

Purchase Orders

For those organisations who require a Purchase Order before payment of our invoice can be made. Please do not book a delegate place until you have your Purchase Order in place, as your booking will not be processed. Please ensure that any Purchase Order is addressed to: Inclusive Trading CIC, Suite 15, Aldershot Enterprise centre, 14-40 Victoria Road, Aldershot. GU11 1TQ  

Available Delegate Rates

2 Day Conference Delegate Pass | Full Price | £500 +VAT

2 Day Conference Delegate Pass | Members Discounted Rate | £300+VAT

Booking Terms and conditions

  1. Payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice.
  2. Members Discounted rate is available to paid up members of BASE and SUSE, NIUSE, ASEE ( formerly EUSE) and WASE. BASE Members should ensure that their BASE Membership Subscription is up to date. We are sorry but we are unable to process applications at the discounted rate when membership remains outstanding for the 24/25 year.  
  3. All cancellations must be received in writing and will be subject to an administration charge. If we receive the cancellation before 1st October 2024 a charge of 10% will be retained. If we receive a cancellation after this date then the full fee must be paid. We are happy to accept a substitute delegate if the original delegate is unable to attend.
