The Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel sits in the centre of vibrant Manchester city centre and is within walking distance of Manchester Piccadilly Train Station.

Accommodation at other hotels 

Marketing Manchester Convention Bureau is offering specially negotiated accommodation rates for conference delegates.

This accommodation website will be open until Monday 11th of November ; however early booking is recommended to ensure you are able to book your preferred hotel. Through this website you can book, modify or cancel your accommodation reservation.  

All bookings require a guarantee; either credit/debit card details where payment is made directly with the hotel on arrival/departure or you may request a Pro-Forma Invoice where payment must be made prior to arrival.

Members Discounted Rate is open to paid up members of BASE and members of SUSE, NIUSE, ASEE ( formerly EUSE) and WASE. BASE Members should ate should ensure that their BASE Membership subscription is up to date before bookings tickets as we are unable to process applications at the discounted rate when membership remains outstanding for the 24/25 year
