A Level 3 Disability Confident Leader organisation, supported by 20+ experienced associates, who have extensive sector and or lived experience, Inclusive Trading CIC can fulfil your workforce development needs. Whether you are looking to access a ready-made course or you would prefer to commission a bespoke package for your organisation, our knowledgeable team are just waiting to support you.
Many of our courses have CPD status and incorporate elements of the Supported Employment Model. This 5-stage model is internationally recognised, evidenced-based and supports individuals to access quality careers and employers to access talent to meet their business needs. We have free training on Accessibility Tools which anyone can access as well as our paid training courses.
