This online course is delivered over 6 half-days and offers a comprehensive overview of the supported employment process. The course is not accredited but is based on the knowledge requirements for the National Occupational Standards for Supported Employment. This course is often commissioned by provider agencies and can be delivered online to up to 16 participants. This non-accredited course is suitable for all staff supporting disabled people into work or supporting vocational pathways such as Supported Internships and apprenticeships.
It is also useful for human resources staff leading on diversity and inclusive recruitment.
The course covers the underpinning knowledge from the Level 3 Certificate course and is based on the 5 stages of Supported Employment:

Member organisations: the cost per learner is £500+VAT.
Non-member organisations: the cost per learner is £625+VAT.
Courses can be commissioned at £5,000+VAT for member organisations or £6,000+VAT for non-member organisations.
