Improving Employment Opportunities for People with a Learning Disability

This report to Ministers is based on the experience of a Working Group drawn from people with a learning disability, local authorities, the voluntary sector and including some managers of supported employment schemes. The group met in 2002-2004 though the report wasn't published until 2006.
