Sixteen Co-operative Ltd offers evidence based Supported Employment Services to help people with a disability get a job by matching their skills, interests and aspirations with the needs of local employers or by supporting them to become self-employed.

Sixteen follows the supported employment process which, is tailored to meet the needs of an individual and by its nature person centred. This follows the processes set out above looking to offer core modules of:

• Discovery and vocational profiling
• Employment planning
• Job Search and employer engagement
• In work support

In addition, other employment related modules are available to support the individual in their journey to work.  This might include travel training, accessing sector specific training such as accessing Food Hygiene or similar.

Access to the services is dependent on individual funding and specific programme criteria.
