Established in 1993 as part of RCT Council, our stand-alone business ethos is to provide meaningful training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the local community.

We work with people with disabilities, to overcome the barriers to employment and support them into paid employment. We provide on the job help and support, using personalised support mechanisms and work place adjustments that are tailored to each individual’s requirements to enable them to grow and develop their skillsets, forge a career and sustain it long term. We are proud to say that we currently have over 66% of our workforce with a disability or long term health condition.

Achieving paid employment allows individuals to start living their life more independently which has a massive impact on both their health and wellbeing. Employees are valued, part of a community and given the opportunity to learn new skills and continually progress.  

Whilst this remains the main priority for the business, over our 25 year existence we have gained a first class reputation within the industry for providing outstanding, quality accredited products and services, along with pioneering customer service to both public, private and domestic customers, whilst delivering real community benefits for the local community.
