Hampshire Achieves
Hampshire Achieves provide teaching and training programmes for young people. Providing a range of work based learning for 16-25 year olds, including a Supported Internship programme for SEND young people to access the workplace.
They also support adult community learning providing a range of services for Hampshire residents to engage in life-long learning.
Hampshire Futures
Hampshire Futures provide work experience opportunities for young people with employers and offer careers advice within schools.
The SEND Employability Hub works with sites across Hampshire to develop post 16 provision for SEND young people in receipt of an EHCP, that prepares them for employment and independent living, delivering the Preparing for Adulthood framework, alongside meaningful and effective workplace experiences and Supported Internships to provide SEND young people with effective and focused pathways into employment.
The Employment and Skills Hub provides employer engagement support to ensure all work experience, work placements, Supported Internships and traineeships are hosted in safe and supportive environments.
Adult Support Service
Provide a range of support for adults with additional needs (learning difficulties, autism or disabilities) to support with independent living, employment, community engagement and healthy living.
This includes a Supported Employment service delivered by Ways into Work on behalf of Hampshire County Council working with individuals with a disability to access paid employment. Engaging with the business community to match the skills of individuals to their business needs.
