Hampshire Achieves

Hampshire Achieves provide teaching and training programmes for young people. Providing a range of work based learning for 16-25 year olds, including a Supported Internship programme for SEND young people to access the workplace. 

They also support adult community learning providing a range of services for Hampshire residents to engage in life-long learning. 

SEND Employability Hubs

The SEND Employability Hubs are a partnership between Hampshire County Council and FE Colleges. We work together to improve employment pathways for young people with SEND, by embedding employability skills from day one of their college journey. We do this by delivering the Preparing for Adulthood framework, alongside meaning workplace experiences and Supported Internships, with the aim of preparing the young person for employment and independent living.

Adult Support Service

Provide a range of support for adults with additional needs (learning difficulties, autism or disabilities) to support with independent living, employment, community engagement and healthy living. 

This includes a Supported Employment service delivered by Ways into Work on behalf of Hampshire County Council working with individuals with a disability to access paid employment. Engaging with the business community to match the skills of individuals to their business needs.
