Skills and Employment Team

We provide an holistic employment support offer to adults who need extra help to get themselves into employment including accessing to skills development programme, 1 to 1 mentoring, health support, support with other barriers eg debt and access work trials.  We have 4 Work Zones across the borough in Chester, Ellesmere Port, Northwich and Winsford.

Our service is for adults aged 19+ who are unemployed and facing additional barriers to get into employment including disability and health conditions including mental health.
