The Scottish Union of Supported Employment (SUSE) has published a report into the measurement of outcomes. The report, aimed at the Scottish Government, proposes a set of outcome indicators.
This toolkit for young people not in education, employment or training, offenders and ex-prisoners and people recovering from substance abuse has been adapted from the already successful EUSE Supported Employment Toolkit.
The European Union of Supported Employment (EUSE) has produced a toolkit for providers and other interested parties. This toolkit consists of a range of Position Papers and How to Guides and has been designed to increase the knowledge and skills of professionals responsible for the delivery of Supported Employment services. The toolkit is primarily aimed at service providers for use in their staff development programmes. The 11 position papers cover a range of topics including, client engagement, vocational profiling, employer contact, in-work support, and career development.
