We support adults with disabilities to overcome the barriers to employment, by providing them with opportunities to attain the skills and qualifications required to gain sustainable, paid employment.  Support is tailored to each individual’s requirements to allow them to grow and develop within their role. We enable our employees to continually enhance their skillsets, forge a career and sustain it long term.

Cefndy Healthcare

Cefndy Healthcare started in 1976 as “Cefndy Enterprises” as part of the then Clwyd County Council. Almost 40 years on, Cefndy now part of Denbighshire County Council, services the healthcare industry in the UK and abroad. Its business is the manufacture and supply of Aids to Daily Living. Cefndy is a provider of meaningful employment for disabled people.

E-Cycle Ltd

E-Cycle provides  a complete ICT asset management process including data cleansing, repairing and refurbishing of end of use IT equipment. In addition, the business seeks to build upon its historic reputation through training and developing the skills of a mainly disabled workforce, and to provide employment to disabled people. We also work very closely with our local community, offering training and work experience.

Merthyr Tydfil Institute for the Blind

MTIB is a registered charity, which started as a sheltered workshop for 14 blind miners in 1923, but now supports over 250 people with all kinds of disabilities and health conditions all over South and Mid Wales.   At the MTIB manufacturing unit, which employs 45 disabled people, we produce a wide range of quality products such as furniture frames, recliner chair frames, bespoken wooden designs along with manufacturing mops for cleaning, buttons used for upholstery and cardboard and fibreboard.  We have some well known high street retailers as customers and provide a very high quality produ
