Employment & Communities Manager (Surrey Choices)

Salary: £31,620 - £33,550 per annum
Post: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Ashford, Surrey (required to travel across the county)

We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join us as an Employment & Communities Manager, working closely with the Senior Operations Manager for our Employment services, and as a key member of our operational management team.

As an Employment & Communities Manager, you will manage the employment and community service in North Surrey, where you will be required to travel across the county.  You will be responsible and accountable for promoting and delivering the visions and values of Surrey Choices and implementing business plans and ensuring that KPI targets are met.

You will be required to ensure the planning and provision of outcome-based services, promoting customer independence, choice, and control. You will work across Surrey Choices services, ensuring all customers are encouraged to access work, volunteering, and opportunities in their communities independently.

You will also be required to maintain and build relationships with parents/carers, employers, Job Centres, community groups and education providers to ensure all customers’ needs and wishes are met.
