Surrey Choices are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join us as an Administrator within our Employability Team and provide additional support with our countywide Local Supported Employment initiative.

As the Administrator you will provide support to the Employment and Communities Manager to ensure the efficient operation and development of the service. You will act as first point of contact for internal and external queries, collate and report of data, process referrals and support managers to ensure they are meeting external auditing requirements.

You will work closely with the Finance Team to process and track invoices, creating purchase orders, monitor payments and provide financial reports when required.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and engage with individuals, Families/Carers and external partners
  • Great IT skills, including MS Excel and Microsoft OneDrive.
  • An excellent team worker
  • To be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 unless clinically exempt
