Aimed at Job Coaches who are working with employers to raise awareness about disabilities and inclusive recruitment

- To breakdown barriers and misconceptions
- To build confidence when working with people with disabilities
- To develop an understanding of adaptions to the recruitment process
- To increase understanding on reasonable adjustments and in work support
