Shaw Trust Industries

Shaw Trust Industries Doncaster manufactures a range of Plastic protective edgings in industry standard square and round backed profiles. Other extrusion products include tubing of various diameters. Useful applications include protection for hand tools, bandsaws, sheet metal, machined and expanded metal and glass. Most standard profiles are available from stock in a variety of colours and are made for Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) or rigid Polypropylene (PP). 100% of our plastic waste is recycled.

We produce and distribute the annual remembrance poppy order for the whole of Scotland. We also have a commercial wreath operation and a framing business. We only employ ex servicemen, the vast majority of whom are disabled.

Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Company (BBMC) is a social enterprise run by Royal British Legion Industries, and is one of the largest and most successful social enterprises in the UK. With factories in Kent and Surrey, it directly employs over 100 people, with wounded, injured & sick veterans, and people with disabilities making up 70% of the workforce.
