Eligibility: Any employer in and around the Birmingham area, interested in diversifying their workforce, particularly those interested in offering opportunities to neurodivergent individuals at risk of entering or recently leaving the criminal justice system in Birmingham.

This FREE online training aims to educate employers in and around Birmingham on embracing an inclusive workforce. 

Join us for insightful discussions, practical tips, and how to lead the way in inclusive recruitment and retention practices. Learn how to create a more diverse and inclusive work environment that benefits both employees and the organisation as a whole. 

This training is commissioned by the Birmingham Community Safety Partnership who are working to support more individuals with neurodiversity and at risk of entering or just leaving the criminal justice system into meaningful employment.
