The panel will explore what good quality data capture in inclusive recruitment could look like. With upcoming government reporting requirements on the horizon, delegates will consider what data is currently collected, where the gaps lie, and how to ensure any future reporting is meaningful and drives the right behaviours. The panel will give insight into what data they capture and how they use it to help the discussion progress onto identifying what information truly matters to demonstrate impact, influence policy, and improve outcomes to help ensure data capture supports better decisions and leads to sustainable change rather than becoming a tick-box exercise.
