We welcome questions and feedback from you, however 
BASE and Inclusive Trading CIC is run by a small team who work flexibly to meet the needs of our customers and our people and some of our team work part-time hours, so please allow up to 3 working days for us to respond to your query/question when emailing individuals.

The general office hours within which you can reasonably expect a response from our team, are Monday-Friday between 09:00am -17.30am. If you need a response sooner than 3 days please send a message to one of the mailboxes below which are accessed daily.

Please do not 'cc' other email boxes or staff when sending an email as it can lead to confusion and delays in responding to your question.

  • problems booking training courses
  • enquiries about training or consultancy work
  • starting a conversation about a bespoke/commissioned training course,

  • questions about the Internships Work training and SIQAF
