We're delighted that the 2025 BASE Conference will take place, in London, at the prestigious Wembley Stadium. The Conference is open to BASE members and non-members and provides a unique opportunity to engage with the providers, commissioners and service delivery partners who will be involved in delivering new Connect to Work programme.

Quality Support, Lasting Careers; Values at the Heart, builds on the themes of our previous conferences: 'Joining The Dots', 'Disability Confident in Action' and 'Careers For All'. The 2025 BASE Conference theme recognises the crucial impact that QUALITY has upon inclusive recruitment and sustainable employment outcomes. 

The Connect to Work programme is placing the Supported Employment model at the heart of local delivery and this year's conference provides an exciting opportunity for delegates to immerse themselves in the principles, values and quality approach which ensure model fidelity and transform the lives of disabled/neurodivergent people through employment.
