BASE is a pan-disability charity, and our members are individuals and organisations who are keen to see people with disability or other economic disadvantage, realise the benefits of a good quality career and flourish.
With more than 350 member organisations who represent the diverse range of support that contributes to successful outcomes for job seekers and employers, our members include:

There are two types of membership Full and Associate: Full Membership is available to individuals (aged over 18) and organisations who provide or facilitate paid employment, advice, guidance or training for people with a disability and/or other economic disadvantage using the supported employment model.
Associate Membership is available to individuals (aged over 18) and organisations with an interest in supported employment and who are committed to inclusive recruitment.
Categories of Membership BASE has four general categories of membership which broadly relate to the number of geographical areas across which a member operates services and BASE defines an area as a city, town or district borough council. For Connect to Work Accountable Bodies and Mayoral Authorities we have created a discrete range of membership packages for these types of organisations to maintain parity across memberships.
