Introducing Inclusive Trading CIC

Inclusive Trading CIC is a leading not-for-profit provider of workforce training and development solutions promoting inclusive recruitment. Inclusive Trading supports BASE and its members towards its mission of creating employment for everyone, by offering BASE members a 20% discount on all their services.

Specialising in the employment support and inclusive recruitment sectors, we're a Level 3 Disability Confident Leader with 15 years' experience of delivering excellent training that has genuine impact. Our services are delivered through our experienced in-house team or by our 20+ associate trainers who have extensive sector and/or lived experience.

Many of our courses have CPD status and incorporate elements of the Supported Employment Model, the internationally recognised, evidenced-based framework that supports individuals to access quality careers and employers to access talent to meet their business needs
