Panel Discussion: How to Embed Quality in Supported Employment Service Delivery

Join us for a Q&A panel where we explore how to deliver quality across the five stages of the Supported Employment model. Our panel will consist of two practising Supported Employment Service Managers and a Supported Employment Quality Framework Assessor who will guide us through the practicalities of embedding quality supported employment into service delivery.

Beth Madigan, BASE’s Quality Manager will introduce the panel and facilitate discussions. She will navigate the panel through each stage of the five-stage supported employment model, offering a brief description and then asking the panel about their experience of delivering quality at each stage. Through guided questions the panel will share the pitfalls and successes of embedding quality. The SEQF Assessor will share what evidence they would be looking for at each stage during an SEQF assessment.
