Whether you are delivering ,commissioning or shaping Supported Employment in Scotland, this informative 2 -hour online session is for you. Open to non- members and current BASE members,  and ideal for supported employment providers, Local Authority commissioners, ALEOs and partners, this practical meeting intends to build a shared understanding of quality and how it translates into stronger outcomes for individuals and more effective systems across Scotland.

Hosted by Ashley Ryan , Scotland's  National Executive Member from BASE with contributions from  Nerise Oldfield-Thompson, Director of Quality and Business Development, BASE  and Professor Adam Whitworth, Professor of Employment Policy, Scottish Centre for Employment Research,  University of Strathclyde the session will cover the following

 

• The role of BASE in shaping Supported Employment across the UK

• The purpose and structure of the Supported Employment Quality Framework  (SEQF) 

• How the framework supports high-quality delivery of Supported Employment,

• What this means for providers, commissioners and partners across Scotland
