This one day course will familiarise you with SEQF process empower you to monitor and review your service's work against SEQF.

How SEQF is measured against the core values and 5 stages of supported employment
How SEQF is measured against Business Results and Key Performance Indicators
Hints and Tips on how Managers can embed SEQF as a continuous improvement tool
How Managers can support their frontline staff within SEQF and what to expect from them
Sharing of good practice, identifying areas for continuous improvement and implementing SEQF
