The Annual General Meeting is open to all members, however only Full Members of the Association are eligible to vote, and each member organisation regardless of size has one vote. Members who are eligible to vote have been emailed directly and asked to vote on the agenda items below. If you believe that you should be eligible to vote and have not already been contacted , please email membership@base-uk.org with the subject AGM 2025. Resolution [1] amendment of articles of association Under special resolution [1], the Company is proposing to amend its articles of association to streamline and clarify the appointments of directors’ procedure and the quorum of its meetings of members, as the current procedures with an annual re-election of the directors and a vast quorum have become an administrative burden and lead to uncertainties.
