Free Training Available in Midlands Area

BASE/Inclusive Trading CIC will be delivering Neurodiversity Awareness and Workplace Inclusion Training sessions for Employer and Support Staff during March and April 2025. These free online training sessions are being funded by West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) through their Thrive At Work programme. These sessions are intended to support WMCA in their ambition to make sure that young people with neurodiverse conditions have better chances to get jobs and live healthier mire successful lives.

- Myth busting and the Art of the Possible when recruiting and retaining neurodivergent staff.
Next session dates 26th March 2025 10:00 - 12:30 28 March 2025 10:00 - 12:30 31 March 2025 10:00- 12:30 Supporting Young People on their Career Pathway Training Sessions Session times 9.30- 13.00 or 13.30- 17.00 various dates For any support staff who are supporting young neurodivergent people navigate their career journey. This session will share hints, tips and tools on working with young people and helping them overcome the barriers that they face.

- Employment Pathways and how we support individuals
- Working with Employers and understanding the business case for supported employment when engaging employers
