Purpose-Driven Careers CIC is a service provider of careers, employability and enterprise for schools, colleges and specialist settings in West London (covering Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow Hammersmith and Fulham.) We aim to empower young people aged 13 and upwards (25 years with an EHCP) to reach their full potential through a vocational profiling, holistic and person-centred approach. Tailored transition planning from Year 9 (Ages 13/14) to understand the young person's aspirations, interests, hobbies and skills. We offer a supported employment in schools programme, which includes high-quality personalised support for young people with SEND to enable them to seek, access and retain meaningful work experience. Using a "place, train and maintain" framework with a values-based approach to develop essential skills. In-work support is provided so that individuals are in jobs that support good mental and physical health.
