AKG UK is a group of businesses in the UK delivering employment support, skills provision, health and wellbeing interventions and behaviour change programmes and services supporting long term unemployed and disadvantaged individuals with complex needs, to find, access an retain meaningful employment. Our Employment Coaches work in partnership with employers to develop routeways for our programme participants into sustainable employment, ensuring individuals have the tools, skills and confidence to progress in the workplace.
We are a prime contractor to the DWP for the delivery of the Government's flagship Restart Scheme employment service and work in partnership with 11 delivery partners to deliver the programme across the Central region of England.
Across our group, we deliver Individual Placement and Support integrated with alcohol and drug treatment and from 2026 will be delivering Connect to Work in England.
