Barry and Jo cofounded TSI Online in 2019. They deliver Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI), supporting individuals and teams who work with people with additional needs to lead fulfilling lives, gain independence, and secure meaningful employment. They have been one of the TSI teams delivering TSI training as part of the National Internships Work Programme for BASE.
