Employers are seen as equal partners as part of the supported employment model but what does this partnership approach mean in practice?

Laura is regularly approached by national employers who wish to develop inclusive recruitment processes by working in partnership with local BASE members and facilitates introductions.

Previously (2013) BASE developed an Employer’s Charter with a group of Employers which set out what employers could expect from BASE members.
