SENDCode is a digital agency which offers fulfilling and paid work to young people who have amazing skills, but need the right environment in which to develop them. They also offer work experience opportunities to interns at Digital Independent Specialist College (DISC), with whom they are co-located in Manchester. During the session, they will discuss how they have created an inclusive supported environment and share their experiences to enable other employers to be able to adapt their working practices and environments to better support neurodivergent employees.
