This Lunch and Learn will include the importance of offering a broad differentiated curriculum, access to extra-curricular activities, support for developing social skills to enable friendships and relationships, and importantly opportunities to develop self-advocacy skills. Whilst this session will draw on examples and will share resources developed with learners who have Down syndrome in mind, it will have wider relevance relating to all learners who have learning disabilities.
