In this Lunch and Learn session, participants will be introduced to a unique educational initiative born the demand of workforce development with BASE members and extended supported employment organisations. This initiative offers fully funded, accessible, and inclusive education programs designed to attract, retain, and upskill staff. The session will cover three key areas: BASE Coaching Professional, BASE Leadership & Management, and BASE Support, Care & Case Worker. Each program is tailored to enhance specific skill sets - from developing professional coaching abilities, including one-to-one, team, and leadership coaching, to acquiring management skills in operational planning, resource management, and various other critical areas. The session also emphasizes the importance of front-line skills for those in support, care, and employability roles, focusing on values-based care and positive impact.
