BASEBritish Association for Supported Employment is a national charity that promotes the principles and delivery of high quality Supported Employment services. Our brief is to represent, inform and encourage best practice.
We support our members through collective representation on policy and funding issues; advice and information; and the exchange of best practice through training, regional networks and events.
Our Knowledge Base brings together a range of resources for Supported Employment practitioners.

BASE has a strategic plan which reflects and represents our vision, keeps us accountable and underpins our values.
The Strategic Plan aims to bring to life the vision that BASE and our partners have around how we aim to work towards a world where everyone can have acces to the right job, the right support and business feel Disabilty Confident in Action.
