This one day course will familiarise you with SEQF process empower you to monitor and review your service's work against SEQF. 

As part of this CPD accredited Workshop we will work through the following areas: 

• The Core Values of SE and the 5-Stage Model
• How SEQF is measured against the core values and 5 stages of supported employment
• How SEQF is measured against Business Results and Key Performance Indicators
• Hints and Tips on how Managers can embed SEQF as a continuous improvement tool
• How Managers can support their frontline staff within SEQF and what to expect from them
• Sharing of good practice, identifying areas for continuous improvement and implementing SEQF
