Spectrum Enterprises CIC

Spectrum Enterprises CIC is based in the NE region. There are no eligibility criteria required to access our service. Our organisation is relatively small ,so that we can get to know our clients : their motivations , their skillset , their hopes for their future and the daily impact of living with their condition/s.

We work with autistic people (aged 16+) to help them launch a micro business or develop their established business . We match their autism-related and business-related needs with experienced mentors, Job Coaches /Aides. We tap into Access to Work grants to cover the cost of the tailored support they need, which often includes counselling sessions or a focus on positive mental health.

We also help our clients to secure jobs and then progress in their role at work. We collaborate with potential employers within the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise sectors (and occasionally commercial companies) who share our values, so that they can accommodate the needs and ambitions of autisitc people within their staff team. Access to Work grants provide the support the employee and employer need to achieve this.
