See Me Be CIO are a relatively young charity, who this year has employed our first Employment Buddy, with thanks to a grant from The National Lottery Community Fund. Our aim is to enable adults with a Learning Disability in Wiltshire to access paid employment.

Our Employment Buddy will work with adults who have a Learning Disability across Wiltshire to access paid employment through meeting with individuals to develop their Vocational Profiles, CV’s, interview practice and ensure reasonable adjustments are made so they can access and maintain paid employment with appropriate support and by networking and building positive relationships with local employers.
