Own Words offers a skill-matching recruitment platform called Digital Story Résumé (DSR). The DSR platform guides the job seekers in creating their résumé by using a mode that preferably suits them. 

This could be a photo, video, and voice or music which they think will best showcase their skills, personality, and knowledge. The DSR is to be 3 minutes maximum. It allows the job seeker to be calm and creative in making their résumé as they use a mode ideally suited to them. Alongside this, it better supports employment coaches to help the job seeker to obtain that meaningful job position.
