Audrey Bodman has been established as an employer engagement by phone, sales and customer service training specialist for over 25 years. One of the jobs she did becoming a freelance trainer was a job club leader. She recognised then how important it was for advisors to feel confident in picking up the phone MORE. It could be life changing for many of their customers.
So, she’s made it a mission to spread the word of the importance of using the phone to open doors for customers and continues to do so via training and inspiring individuals to feel confident and comfortable making calls. She’s continued to work within the industry for over 25 years with some great successes.
Areas of training include:
- Employer Engagement skills for beginners
- Making ‘new’ calls to employers to identify job and training opportunities for ‘customers’
- Train the Trainer skills for staff managing and monitoring employer engagement activities
