Jobs 22 Limited is an employability services specialist supporting long term unemployed and disadvantaged individuals to find, access an retain employment.  Our Employment Coaches work in partnership with employers to develop routeways for our programme participants into sustainable employment, ensuring individuals have the tools, skills and confidence to progress in the workplace.

We are a prime contractor to the DWP for the delivery of the Government's flagship Restart Scheme employment service and work in partnership with 11 delivery partners to deliver the programme across the Central region of England.
