Hidden Gem Services
Hidden Gem Services focuses mainly on those who identify as disabled or with a long-term health condition or learning disabilities, I connect people with great employers and support both sides in their early stages of work.
On site job coaching and employability training can be supplied as required to make a transfer into work succeed. Most clients are ones who do not fulfil eligibility criteria of the local agencies so are considered on a case by case basis and I am very happy to signpost elsewhere if appropriate or work in partnership.
I also design employability sessions for 16-25 year old young people with SEND to get them ready for Supported Internships or Supported Employment and deliver bespoke job coach training for individual or groups of jobcoaches either in person or remotely.
