Hillingdon Autistic Care and Support Limited

Hillingdon Autistic Care & Support Limited are running an employability programme supporting autistic people and people with learning difficulties aged 16-25 into employment. We believe that every young person should be able to reach their full potential therefore our programme intends to assist them on their route to employment and offer them support throughout the whole process. The learners will complete a learning programme which will offer:
- Supported work placements
- Job-search support
- CV building
- Interview preparation and support
- In-work support
- TSI trained job coaches
- Mentoring
- Benefit support to enable access to work
- Two training cafés- The Rural Tea Rooms and the café located in Brookfield Adult Learning Centre
Our employability service intends to equip the young people with a variety of skills including social interaction development through their participation in supported work placements, enhanced wellbeing through increased confidence and increased general employability skills so that they can be recognised as the valuable assets to the workplace that they are.
