Workplace Trainer (Wigan Council)

Salary: From £20,852
Post: Permanent, full-time (37 hours)
Location: Wigan


You will work alongside and support people to become fully integrated into a working environment. 

Your role will involve utilising place and train and systematic instruction techniques, breaking down tasks specific to individual roles.  Understanding the needs of both the client and the employer, you will play an integral role to train the client in workplace setting, ensuring in work support plans are in place and support is tapered to promote independence. 

 

About you

You should have experience of working with individuals with a range of disabilities, with the ability to effectively communicate and work in a person-centred way, to meet unique needs.
