This role of the Supported Employment Officer (LSE) is to manage and support a caseload of clients with disabilities to secure education, employment or training in line with their preferences to enhance well-being and dignity. This role is 24-month FTC. We are looking for someone creative and energetic who can lead this new project, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/ or autism into sustainable employment.
You will have:
- Creative approach to working with those with learning disabilities and/ or autism
- Confident communication skills with an ability to engage multiple stakeholders at a time
- Ability to manage a caseload of clients and support their progression to enhance wellbeing and dignity
- A proactive approach to making a real difference to the lives of our residents
- Attention to detail to data management when using a CRM system and maintaining client records
- Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure when dealing with multiple stakeholders
- An understanding the 5-stage model of Supported Employment
