Inclusive Employment Support Officer - Mid Essex
Salary: £23,500 per annum
Post: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours)
Location: Chelmsford, with travel required across South Essex

As an Inclusive Employment Support Officer, known internally as a Sustainability Officer, you’ll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, achieve sustainable employment.
You will hold a caseload of customers in employment and maintain communication with all stakeholders to support their ongoing journey.

To be considered for the role of Inclusive Employment Support Officer, you need:
- Experience of supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism
- To be confident in building and maintaining relationships
- Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to problem solve and make decisions
- An understanding of or experience of using Training in Systemic Instruction is desirable
