Employment Coach (Wigan Council)

Salary: From £23,484
Post: Permanent, full-time (37 hours/week)
Location: Wigan
You will work with residents who are embarking on a journey towards paid employment, matching individuals to the right job whilst unlocking hidden talents, skills and assets. You will deliver a range of support, following the National recognised model of Supported Employment. Your role is one that brings commitment, reward and passion to support disabled residents, putting your clients at the heart of everything you do to inspire others to gain meaningful and sustainable employment.
About you
Are you passionate about supporting others? Can you bring the best out of the people? Are you creative and innovative?
You will need to be hardworking, flexible, and committed to supporting disabled people into paid employment. We are looking for individuals that want to make a difference to the lives of local people and local employers. You will require the ability to build strong and trusted relationship with both clients and employers, pursuing a positive outcome for all.
