Due to increasing requests from individuals, we are pleased to offer this 3 days workshop in association with Works4U based in Stalybridge, Tameside, Greater Manchester. Over the 3 days we will cover the 3 aspects of TSI – teaching strategies, organisational framework, and the values base.  This will be done using presentations, practicing training skills with the assistance of people who have a learning disability (Consultant Learners), and other practical exercises.

The course is delivered by Changing Futures (by design). The trainers, Rob and Sue Henstock, have huge experience of delivering TSI training.

Aims of Course

  • To provide participants with an opportunity to practice using systematic instruction in a teaching environment and in community activities
  • To outline roles and responsibilities of trainers
