Business Summit Delegate Booking Form

Please complete the form below to book a delegate place at the Disability Confidence in Action Business Summit 

It's important that you complete the booking form accurately as it helps us to associate any payment made with the relevant  bookings. The booking form also provides us with important information regarding any dietary and accessibilty needs.

You will need you to complete a separate booking form for each delegate who wishes to attend. 

We will email you with an invoice and confirmation of your delegate place within 5 working days. 

Making Payment

Payment can be made via credit card on receipt of your invoice or by BGC

For those organisations who require a Purchase Order for payment to be made, please do not book a delegate place until you have your Purchase Order in place, as your booking will not be processed. Please ensure that any Purchase Order is addressed to: Inclusive Trading CIC, Suite 15, Aldershot Enterprise centre, 14-40 Victoria Road, Aldershot. GU11 1TQ

Booking Conditions

  1. Payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice.
  2. All cancellations must be received in writing and will be subject to an administration charge. If we receive the cancellation before 1st October 2024 a charge of 10% will be retained. If we receive a cancellation after this date then the full fee must be paid. We are happy to accept a substitute delegate if the original delegate is unable to attend.
