This award is presented to a disabled person who has made outstanding progress in their employment and is a significant ‘team player’ who always supports their colleagues.

  • The nominee must have been continuously employed for 12 months or more in paid employment
  • The nominee should demonstrate a strong commitment to training and learning in the workplace
  • The nominee should be a productive, reliable and valued employee who exceeds in paid employment beyond expectations
